Ian has trained, empowered, and connected leaders and aspiring leaders from around the world, in a wide variety of professional fields for over 40 years. Beginning his career in 1980 in the City of London, Ian worked successfully in financial services for a decade, before transitioning to pastoral leadership and global mission projects. He later served as an Assistant Professor and President of a private university, and then as Executive Director for International Affairs at the Technical College System of Georgia.
Ian is a professionally trained credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. In addition, Ian earned a BA in History and Political Philosophy; an MA in Religious Studies; and Doctor of Ministry and Doctor of Theology degrees.
Ian is Managing Partner of I & J International, LLC and Chairman of the Georgia Rotary Student Program (founded in 1946). He is an active Rotarian and member of the Episcopal Church. Ian and his wife of 44 years and are both ordained pastors. They live near Atlanta, Georgia.

Julie also began her career Financial Servcies before transitioning to Social Work. She earned a BA in Social Administration and worked with patients and their families in a mental health hospital. She has earned Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees, serving alongside Ian in pastoral ministry and international missions projects. She is a marriage and family wellness trainer, certified by the Georgia Family Council.
In addition to over 25 years practice in pastoral counseling, Julie is an experienced administrator, book keeper, and office manager. She is a certified Change Management Consultant. Julie serves the 110 year-old Rotary Club of Columbus, Georgia as Executive Secretary.
Since meeting Ian in 1979, Julie has served alongside him in ministry, teaching and training, humanitarian, and peace building projects and partnerships around the world. She is an ordained pastor and an active Rotarian.
