These core values are not just abstract principles—they are the foundation of how we work together every day. As part of the ICF ecosystem, we feel deeply committed to embodying excellence in professionalism, collaboration, humanity, and equity. These values guide our passion for creating meaningful change, helping us deliver transformational leadership and executive coaching that truly impacts clients, organizations, and our local and global community. By living these values, we all play a role in shaping a brighter future, and we take pride in contributing to this journey.

Ian and Julie are committed to consistently demonstrating ethical practice, maintaining trust and safety, and embodying a coaching mindset and professional quality that encompasses responsibility, respect, integrity, competence, and excellence.
We strive to be true and accurate in our statements and to be resilient and confident when faced with challenges.

We are committed to developing social connection and building community with our clients, friends, colleagues; our church, and with our local and global communities.
We partner with others, both within and across multiple social-identity groups and seek always to be mindful and intentional in our own participation while working in any cooperative effort.

We are committed to being humane, kind, compassionate, and respectful towards others.
This means accepting that, as humans, we are not meant to be perfect. Expressing imperfections is an opportunity for us to spread a culture of openness and self-acceptance.
This reflects the Baptismal Covenant that as Christians in the Episcopal tradition we regularly renew: "Will you strive for justice and peace among all people, and respect the dignity of every human being?"
"I will, with God's help."

We are committed to understanding the needs of others so we can practice equitable processes at all times that create equality for all.
We strive to bring awareness to systemic patterns of conscious and unconscious biases in ourselves and in others, seeking to understand and bring awareness to social diversity, systemic inequality and oppression, and how they show up in social and organizational systems.
Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and have the chance to grow into their best selves. As part of the ICF ecosystem Ian and Julie appreciate what makes each client and colleague unique. DEIB is at the heart of everything we do. Whether we’re building relationships, coaching clients, elevating leaders, or supporting organizations, we always keep fairness and respect front and center.
We are committed to identifying and addressing systemic racism, colorism, sexism, and other inequalities within ourselves and our circles—including colleagues, clients, and the wider community. These issues exist in many aspects of society and contribute to unfair treatment of marginalized groups while benefiting those with privilege.
We respect all cultures by engaging in open discussions about differences.
We celebrate diversity across race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socio-economic background, age, spiritual practice, nationality, ability, and other human distinctions.

We work with our global network of professional colleagues and friends. We are experienced in working with clients from around the world. The only requirement is that international clients be proficient in oral English.
